Joan Elizabeth Lund is a lifelong resident of Biloxi, Mississippi. She attended Spring Hill College, where she obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology in 1987. She received a Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 2000. While at Ole Miss, Ms. Lund joined Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, and served as an elected officer of her class.

She is admitted to practice before all Mississippi State and Federal Courts, and has successfully argued before the Mississippi Supreme Court. Ms. Lund serves as Secretary for the Jackson County Bar Association. She is also a member of the Mississippi Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. For many years, she was District Coordinator for the Center for Civic Education’s “We the People...” program.

Ms. Lund joined the Firm 2005. Her practice primarily involves real estate transaction work (both commercial and residential), commercial real estate development, resolution of title issues, obtaining governmental approvals, and corporate matters. She has years of experience in large, complex transactions, and land-use projects. Ms. Lund is an approved attorney for First American Title Insurance Company.
