THOMAS L. MUSSELMAN
Tom Musselman
was born in Kalamazoo, Michigan, in 1954. He served a four year tour in the United States Navy and was employed in the computer industry for fourteen years prior to entering law school. He attended Auburn University and received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics in 1991. He received a Juris Doctor Degree from Tulane University’s School of Law in 1994 with an emphasis in maritime law.
Mr. Musselman was admitted to practice in Mississippi in 1994 and in Louisiana in 1995. He is a member of The Mississippi Bar, the Louisiana State Bar Association and the Biloxi Bar Association. Mr. Musselman practiced as a solo practitioner for several years and has served as a public defender in Harrison and Jackson counties, Mississippi. He was a prosecuting attorney for the City of Biloxi from 1999 to 2001.
Mr. Musselman joined the firm as an associate in March of 2003. He was elected to the position of Director in January of 2005. His practice is general with an emphasis on trial and appellate work in the fields of medical malpractice defense, business and commercial litigation, gaming issues and criminal defense.
